Start by asking the basics:

1) Who are your target customers, and what type of apparel are they most interested in purchasing?

2) Have you sold apparel in the past? What sort of clothing and artwork was most successful for your business?

3) What art style of artwork are you looking for on your apparel line? Should it be funny, or serious? Soft and delicate, or brash and impactful?

4) Is price a consideration? Are you printing on a tight budget, or is this a high-end apparel line?
